Stephen, founder of LIM and overseer of Lasting Impact Churches worldwide, is an ordained minister and healthcare professional. Passionate about church planting and training leaders, he also uses his nursing expertise to advance global missions.
Kenny Alele
Director of Missions
Kenny Alele, Senior Pastor of Church of God Missions, Int. in San Antonio, Texas, has served as a missionary in West Africa for 14 years. Since joining LIM in 2019, he has tirelessly planned mission trips and acted as liaison between headquarters and ambassadors.
Autumn Parsons
Director
Autumn Parsons, raised as a missionary kid in Japan and Russia, attended International Bible College where she met her husband, William. Over the past 15 years, they have led missionary training schools in Japan, Texas, and Montana.
Emily Apouvi
Secretary
Emily has served on LIM’s Board of Directors since 2021 as secretary. A junior at Alamo Colleges, she has traveled with LIM to Togo and Ghana, participating in health screenings and community outreach. Her passion is helping children thrive wherever they are.
