Voluntary donations
Donations to Lasting Impact Mission are voluntary. Before submitting a gift, donors should review the amount, recipient and intended purpose. Approved payment methods are the verified PayPal links, Zelle details and postal address published on this website.
Donation designations
You may identify a preferred program or purpose when the payment method allows. Lasting Impact Mission will make reasonable efforts to honor accepted designations. If a purpose has been fully funded, becomes impracticable or can no longer be carried out, the organization may contact the donor or apply the gift to a related mission need, subject to applicable law.
Refund requests
Donations are generally final. Requests involving a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction or other error will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Contact the organization promptly with the donor’s name, donation date, amount, payment method, transaction reference and reason for the request.
How approved refunds are handled
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on PayPal, the donor’s bank or another payment provider. Third-party fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Receipts and records
Keep your payment confirmation or check record. To request a donation acknowledgement, email lastingimpactm@gmail.com. Donors should consult their own tax adviser regarding deductibility.
